Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Network Systems Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Principal Network Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's network systems. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network systems to support the organization's operations
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Develop and implement security protocols to protect the organization's network
• Manage and mentor a team of network administrators
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the network infrastructure meets the needs of the organization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology
• Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures
• Conduct regular network audits to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in network administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and security
• Experience with network management tools and software
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are highly desirable
