Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and focus groups
Develop research plans, study protocols, and discussion guides to ensure the collection of high-quality data
Analyze research findings and provide actionable insights to inform design decisions
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop user-centric solutions
Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX research
Mentor and provide guidance to junior researchers and team members
Lead and facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
Proven experience conducting user research studies in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Expertise in a variety of research methods, such as usability testing, surveys, interviews, and focus groups
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Experience using industry-standard tools, such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and SurveyMonkey
A portfolio demonstrating your research process, methodologies, and impact on product design
Passion for creating user-centric solutions and continuously learning and improving your craft
