Salary: $152000 - $192000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Threat Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a Threat Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential threats to our organization's security and providing strategic recommendations to mitigate those threats. You will work closely with our security team to ensure the safety and protection of our company's assets, employees, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential threats to our organization's security, including but not limited to cyber threats, physical threats, and insider threats.
• Utilize various tools and techniques to gather intelligence and assess the credibility and severity of identified threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify vulnerabilities within our systems and processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive threat intelligence database to track and monitor potential threats and their impact on our organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest threat landscape and industry trends to continuously improve our threat intelligence strategies.
• Work closely with our security team to develop and implement threat mitigation plans and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
• Conduct regular threat assessments and provide timely reports to senior management to keep them informed of potential risks and the status of ongoing threats.
• Participate in incident response activities, including the investigation of security incidents and the development of remediation plans.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on threat intelligence processes, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in threat intelligence, cyber security, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of various threat intelligence tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are preferred.
