Salary: $123 Per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Threat Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As the Lead Threat Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting our company's digital assets by identifying and analyzing potential security threats and vulnerabilities. You will lead a team of threat intelligence analysts and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement threat mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of threat intelligence analysts in identifying, analyzing, and reporting on potential security threats and vulnerabilities
• Develop and maintain threat intelligence processes, procedures, and protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security operations, and incident response, to develop and implement threat mitigation strategies
• Monitor and analyze threat data from various sources to identify emerging trends and evolving threats
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging threats to provide context and actionable intelligence to stakeholders
• Coordinate with external threat intelligence providers to gather and validate threat information
• Develop and deliver threat intelligence reports and briefings to senior leadership and other stakeholders
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and trends to inform threat intelligence strategies
• Mentor and train junior threat intelligence analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Participate in security incident response and investigations when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or a related field
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence frameworks, processes, and methodologies
• Experience in leading and managing a team of threat intelligence analysts
• In-depth knowledge of network and system security, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability management
• Extensive experience with threat intelligence tools and platforms, such as SIEM, threat intelligence feeds, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for staying updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends and a continuous learning mindset
