Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Identity Access Manager to join our team. As a Junior Identity Access Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of user access to our company's systems and applications. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user access to company systems and applications, including creating, modifying, and revoking user accounts as needed.
• Monitor and review user access requests to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain user access controls, including role-based access and least privilege principles.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of user access privileges to identify and address any potential security risks.
• Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any user access issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain user access procedures and guidelines.
• Continuously assess and improve the company's identity access management processes and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in identity access management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in identity and access management.
• Strong understanding of identity access management principles and practices.
• Experience with identity access management tools and systems.
• Knowledge of security protocols and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in identity access management (e.g. CIAM, CISM)
• Experience with cloud-based identity access management solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA).
