Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Identity Access Manager to join our team. As a Senior Identity Access Manager, you will be responsible for managing the access and authentication of our company's systems and resources. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our company's data and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity access management and a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement identity and access management policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our company's systems and resources.
• Manage user access and authentication across all platforms, including on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that all access controls are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor access logs and investigate any suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement identity and access management solutions that align with business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on security protocols and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in identity and access management and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management protocols and technologies, such as SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing identity and access management solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cloud-based identity and access management solutions is a plus.
• Professional certifications in identity and access management, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are highly desirable.
