Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy in line with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive the execution of digital initiatives across the organization.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends to determine their potential impact on the business and make recommendations for adoption.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize digital transformation projects based on business needs and ROI.
Monitor and track the progress of digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Foster a culture of innovation and digital mindset within the organization by promoting digital literacy and providing training and support to employees.
Act as a change agent by communicating the benefits and impact of digital transformation to all levels of the organization and addressing any resistance or challenges.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage their expertise and stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices.
Continuously measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and make adjustments as needed to ensure their success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, or digital marketing roles.
Proven track record in successfully leading and implementing digital transformation projects in a large organization.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends, with the ability to translate them into business opportunities.
Excellent project management skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Experience in the Information Technology & Services is a plus.
