Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Blockchain Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Blockchain Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative blockchain solutions for our clients. You will also lead a team of blockchain developers and work closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of blockchain solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Design and develop secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain applications.
• Lead a team of blockchain developers and provide mentorship and guidance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technology trends and developments.
• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during project development.
• Communicate progress and any potential roadblocks to project managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients post-implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in blockchain development.
• Proven experience in leading a team of blockchain developers.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain concepts, protocols, and architectures.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Solidity.
• Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda.
• Working knowledge of smart contract development and deployment.
• Experience with distributed ledger technology, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
