Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of quantum computing experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions using quantum computing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in quantum computing and provide strategic direction to the team.
Plan, design, and implement complex quantum algorithms and protocols for various applications.
Conduct research and experiments to evaluate the performance of quantum computing systems.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to promote the adoption of quantum computing technology.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to the team and other departments.
Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and clients.
Stay informed about trends and developments in the industry and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantum computing or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Strong understanding of quantum computing principles, algorithms, and protocols.
Experience with quantum computing hardware and software platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
