Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end migration process, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current IT infrastructure and develop a detailed migration plan.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful migration, including IT, operations, and project management teams.
Define and implement best practices for cloud migration, ensuring the highest level of security, reliability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the migration process.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in cloud migration, preferably in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and scripting (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Python).
Knowledge of containerization tools and technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
