Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior API Integration Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for integrating various applications and systems through the use of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of APIs and possess excellent technical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain APIs to connect different applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integrations.
• Collaborate with software engineers and developers to design and implement APIs.
• Ensure the security and scalability of API integrations.
• Monitor API performance and make necessary improvements.
• Create technical documentation for API integrations.
• Stay updated on the latest API trends and technologies.
• Assist in the testing and debugging of new API integrations.
• Provide support to clients regarding API integration inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working with APIs.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with API management tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Experience with integrating APIs into CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
