Position: Junior AI Operations Manager
Location: New York, New York, United States
Salary: $69 Per hour
Job Description: As a Junior AI Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our Artificial Intelligence (AI) department. You will work closely with the AI team to ensure the smooth functioning of our AI systems and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of AI systems, including data collection, data cleaning, and model training.
- Collaborate with the AI team to develop and implement strategies for improving AI performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Keep track of AI projects and provide regular updates to the AI team and upper management.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technology and best practices.
- Support the development of new AI models and algorithms by providing relevant data and insights.
- Work closely with other departments to identify areas where AI can be utilized to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems, including standard operating procedures and user manuals.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the AI team.
- Participate in meetings and provide suggestions for process improvement and innovation within the AI department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of AI.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with data cleaning and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
