Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Process Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and project management, with a focus on process improvement and optimization. As the IT Process Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing efficient and effective processes to support our IT operations. You will work closely with various departments and teams to understand their needs and develop strategies to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and enhance the overall performance of our IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate existing IT processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to optimize IT operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into actionable process improvement plans.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Monitor and analyze IT process performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and process maps.
• Provide training and support to team members on new processes and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements to continuously improve IT processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT processes, systems, and workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Project management certification is a plus.
