We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead IT Process Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Lead IT Process Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT processes within the organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our IT operations run smoothly and efficiently, enabling the company to achieve its strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT processes, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall objectives and strategies.
• Lead the IT process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT processes are integrated and aligned with business processes.
• Monitor and track IT process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular reviews of IT processes, identifying any gaps or areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain IT process documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT process analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation and execution of IT processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that IT processes are compliant with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring that they adhere to the company's IT processes and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT process management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT processes and their impact on business operations.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving IT processes.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with ITIL, COBIT, or other IT process frameworks is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma are a plus.
