Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement complex systems infrastructure to support our company's growing needs.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and upgrades.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, policies, and procedures.
Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and security.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for critical system issues outside of business hours.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with Linux/Unix systems administration and automation.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
Knowledge of configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
