Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reinforcement Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge algorithms and models for our AI-powered products. You will work closely with our team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to design and deploy reinforcement learning solutions that enhance the performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reinforcement learning algorithms and models for our AI products.
• Develop simulations and environments for training and testing reinforcement learning agents.
• Analyze and improve the performance of existing reinforcement learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reinforcement learning solutions into our products.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in reinforcement learning.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in reinforcement learning or machine learning.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing reinforcement learning algorithms and models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
