Position: Lead Reinforcement Learning Engineer

Salary: $123 Per hour

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Reinforcement Learning Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead Reinforcement Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our reinforcement learning systems. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and data scientists to build cutting-edge solutions that utilize machine learning algorithms to optimize decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of reinforcement learning models and algorithms.
• Develop and implement scalable and efficient reinforcement learning solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in reinforcement learning techniques.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team, providing technical expertise and support.
• Work closely with product managers to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of reinforcement learning models and make necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing reinforcement learning systems.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, particularly reinforcement learning.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C++.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and tools such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proven track record of delivering successful reinforcement learning projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead a team and mentor junior members.
• Passion for learning and keeping up with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
