About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal AI Innovation Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Principal AI Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across our organization. In this role, you will lead a team of AI experts and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, develop AI strategies, and drive successful AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of AI experts and provide guidance, mentorship and support to drive innovation and excellence in AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and develop business cases for AI projects.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed and leverage external resources for AI projects.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of AI projects, including scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, and project delivery.
• Ensure the successful adoption and integration of AI solutions by providing training, support, and communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI projects and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Drive continuous improvement in AI processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate progress, successes, and challenges to senior leadership and make strategic recommendations to drive the growth and success of AI within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI projects that have delivered business value.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the field of AI.
