Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the retail store
Manage and mentor a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed business decisions
Ensure that the store is properly stocked and visually appealing at all times
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and events
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Oversee the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget
Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and theft
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and risks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising
Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
