Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with affiliate networks, publishers, and influencers to drive revenue and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners to grow our affiliate network
• Identify and recruit new affiliates through various channels, including online research, outreach, and events
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures with affiliate partners
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to meet revenue goals
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to incentivize affiliates and increase sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and landing pages for affiliates to use
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our affiliate program remains competitive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• Proven track record of success in managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms, such as Impact Radius, Partnerize, or CJ Affiliate
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience in managing budgets and forecasting revenue
