Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal AI Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AI Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within our organization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI integration strategies and solutions, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to our AI Integration team. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI integration strategies and solutions that align with our organization's business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Lead the design and development of AI integration processes, including data ingestion, data transformation, and data mapping.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of AI integration solutions to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the AI Integration team, ensuring the development of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on our organization's AI integration strategy.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of AI tools and platforms to support integration efforts.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI integration processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their AI solutions into our systems.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI integration processes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices for AI integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or a related role.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with data integration tools and platforms, such as Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, or AWS Glue.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, preferably with AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI integration projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
