About the Role: As the Lead Advanced Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making within our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of advanced analytics professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions to address them. This role requires a strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of advanced analytics professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to drive their professional development and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through advanced analytics.
• Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to support business objectives, utilizing cutting-edge techniques such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision making.
• Translate complex data insights into meaningful and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and monitor the effectiveness of analytics initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in advanced analytics techniques, and incorporate them into our analytics strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability for advanced analytics projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert in advanced analytics, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful advanced analytics projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their full potential.
