Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions for Lobox's products.
Conduct research and experimentation to identify new AI techniques and algorithms that can be applied to improve our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Develop and maintain AI models and systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and integrate them into our products.
Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
Communicate research findings and technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI research and development.
Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI techniques.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with data processing and analysis tools such as SQL, Spark, or Hadoop.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects from conception to deployment.
