Salary: $171000 - $208000

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Data Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide innovative solutions to enhance data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data solutions that align with the organization's business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide effective solutions
• Develop data architecture and data integration strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability
• Evaluate new data technologies and tools to improve data management and analytics capabilities
• Create data models and data flow diagrams to document the data architecture and processes
• Conduct data analysis to identify data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Monitor and troubleshoot data solutions to identify and resolve any issues
• Provide guidance and support to developers and analysts on best practices for data management and analytics
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management and analytics to continuously improve data solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a similar role
• Proven experience designing and implementing data solutions for large, complex datasets
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data integration, and data quality
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL tools, and database management systems
• Proficient in SQL and knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is a plus
• Professional certifications in data management or architecture are preferred.
