Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
Design and develop data architectures that support data-driven decision making and business intelligence
Lead the development of data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve data management and analytics processes
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data governance policies and regulations
Define and implement data quality and data cleansing processes to maintain accurate and reliable data
Mentor and guide junior data architects and provide technical leadership on data-related projects
Develop and maintain documentation of data architecture and data processes
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data management, and continuously improve processes and practices within the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data projects and develop roadmaps for data solutions
Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a similar role
Extensive experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
Proficiency in database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong knowledge of data management tools and technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and MongoDB
Experience with cloud-based data solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of data governance, data security, and data privacy regulations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
