Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Federated AI Engineer. In this role, you will work closely with our senior engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge federated AI solutions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing your skills in machine learning, data analytics, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop federated AI solutions.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to analyze large and complex datasets.
• Develop and implement algorithms to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our AI models.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and visualization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI models to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and implement them in our solutions.
• Document and present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in AI development, preferably in a federated environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Knowledge of data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data management and ETL processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
