Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Federated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Federated AI Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions that leverage federated learning techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI models that can be trained on distributed data sources while ensuring privacy and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and federated learning, and a passion for solving complex problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of federated AI solutions to address business challenges.
• Design and develop distributed machine learning algorithms and models that can run on decentralized data sources.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to preprocess and prepare data for federated learning.
• Train and validate AI models on federated data sources while ensuring privacy and security.
• Optimize model performance and scalability for distributed training and inference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in federated learning and AI technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
• Present and communicate AI strategies, solutions, and results to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on federated learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience with federated learning frameworks such as TensorFlow Federated, PySyft, or Pysyft.js.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud computing platforms.
• Familiarity with privacy and security protocols for federated learning.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
