Job Title: Principal Federated AI Engineer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal Federated AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our federated AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers, to build and deploy cutting-edge federated AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement federated AI solutions to solve complex business problems
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to drive innovation and excellence in federated AI
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business objectives and use cases to guide the development of AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather relevant data sets for training and validating federated AI models
• Utilize state-of-the-art AI techniques and tools to develop and deploy federated AI models at scale
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of federated AI models through rigorous testing and validation
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and techniques to enhance our federated AI capabilities
• Act as a subject matter expert in federated AI, providing guidance and support to other teams and stakeholders
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in federated AI and incorporate them into our processes and strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing AI solutions, with at least 3 years focused on federated AI
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex federated AI projects
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and big data technologies
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages
• Experience with federated learning platforms, such as TensorFlow Federated or PySyft, is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies
