Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of knowledge-based systems to support various business functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain knowledge engineering processes and best practices
Conduct continuous research and stay updated with the latest advancements in knowledge engineering and artificial intelligence technologies
Manage a team of knowledge engineers and provide guidance and support to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate knowledge-based systems with existing data-driven solutions
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to knowledge engineering and artificial intelligence
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving existing knowledge-based systems and develop new solutions to drive business growth
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for knowledge-based systems in production
Mentor and train junior knowledge engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of knowledge representation and reasoning techniques, ontologies, and natural language processing
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Hands-on experience with knowledge engineering tools and platforms such as Prot��g��, IBM Watson, or Google Dialogflow
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in managing and leading a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
