Salary: $92 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Robotics Process Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline our business processes. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for automation, creating RPA workflows, and ensuring the successful deployment of these solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming, process analysis, and project management, along with a passion for innovation and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze potential processes for automation
• Develop RPA workflows using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Configure and test RPA workflows to ensure they meet business requirements and achieve desired results
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA workflows
• Regularly monitor and maintain the performance of RPA solutions, making necessary updates and optimizations as needed
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of existing RPA processes
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in RPA technology and continually expand your knowledge and skills in this area
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure RPA solutions are integrated seamlessly with existing systems
• Provide training and support to end-users on RPA solutions and processes
• Document all RPA processes, including workflows, configurations, and maintenance procedures
• Adhere to industry best practices and standards for RPA development and deployment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development and implementation
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Knowledge of process analysis and improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
