Job Description: As a Lead Data Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing data strategy projects for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop data strategies that align with their overall goals. You will be a key player in driving change and innovation within our clients' organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data strategy projects from start to finish, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, data needs, and challenges.
• Analyze complex data sets and identify key insights to inform data strategy development.
• Develop customized data strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and IT professionals, to execute data strategy projects.
• Conduct workshops and presentations to educate clients on the importance and impact of data strategy.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data strategy.
• Mentor and train junior consultants to develop their data strategy skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data strategy consulting or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies for clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Familiarity with data management, data governance, and data architecture principles.
• Passion for data and its potential to drive business success.
