Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Workflow Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior AI Workflow Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows that will revolutionize the way our company operates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered workflows that align with business objectives and drive efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI solutions that meet those needs.
• Utilize your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing to develop advanced AI models and algorithms.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure the availability and quality of data for AI training and inference.
• Continuously research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI workflows and provide training and support to end-users.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI workflows and make recommendations for optimizations and enhancements.
• Lead and mentor junior AI engineers and provide guidance and support to help them grow their skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a professional environment.
• Strong experience with machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and NLTK.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
• Experience with data management and data processing tools such as SQL, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
