Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Workflow Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AI Workflow Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and developing the workflow for our AI projects. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize the workflow processes for our AI solutions. Your expertise in AI and workflow engineering will be crucial in driving the success of our projects and achieving our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workflow processes for AI projects, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design the most effective workflow solutions
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of AI algorithms and techniques to optimize and streamline the workflow processes
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks in the workflow, and provide timely solutions
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and workflow engineering, and incorporate them into our processes to enhance performance
• Lead and mentor a team of workflow engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD is preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI and workflow engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful workflow processes
• Strong understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with workflow management tools such as Airflow, Luigi, or Oozie
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of distributed computing and big data technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
