We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Lake Architect to join our growing team.

Job Overview: As a Junior Data Lake Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data lake solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our senior architects and project managers to understand the client's business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also collaborate with our data engineers and data scientists to ensure the successful delivery of data lake solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and analysis to understand the client's business and data needs
• Designing and implementing data lake architecture to meet the client's requirements
• Creating technical specifications and data models for data lake solutions
• Collaborating with data engineers to develop data ingestion pipelines
• Working with data scientists to implement data analytics and machine learning algorithms on the data lake
• Ensuring data quality and integrity in the data lake through data governance and data management practices
• Providing support and troubleshooting for data lake solutions
• Staying updated with the latest data lake technologies and trends to continuously improve our solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data lake architecture and design
• Strong understanding of data lake concepts and architectures (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, AWS S3)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data governance
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Java
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certifications in data lake technologies are a plus
