Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to oversee and manage our company's information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all information systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The Information Systems Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, security, and overall performance of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all information systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and performance of information systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of all information systems, including data backups and disaster recovery plans
• Manage a team of IT professionals, provide guidance, and ensure their continuous development
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve the company's information systems
• Ensure compliance with all IT policies and procedures
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Prepare and manage the IT budget
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems management
• Proven experience in managing a team of IT professionals
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Experience with data backup and disaster recovery plans
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of IT policies and procedures
• Strong project management skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are preferred
