Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement cloud network infrastructure, including but not limited to virtual networks, subnets, load balancers, and firewalls.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to understand their networking requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems.
Implement and maintain network security measures, including access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
Optimize network performance by analyzing traffic patterns and implementing traffic shaping and caching techniques.
Perform network capacity planning and scale the network infrastructure as needed.
Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud networking and recommend improvements to our network infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer, preferably in a cloud environment.
In-depth knowledge of cloud networking concepts, such as virtual networks, subnets, and load balancers.
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S.
Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Certifications in cloud networking, such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, are a plus.
