Position Title: IT Project Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate project status updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders and project team members
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure project goals and requirements are met
• Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress
• Conduct project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor and report on project expenses and manage project budget to ensure financial goals are met
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members and foster a positive team environment
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
• PMP or other project management certification is preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and project team members
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
