Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an AI strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
Identify and evaluate potential AI use cases and opportunities across various departments and business functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize AI initiatives
Oversee the design and development of AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with the overall strategy
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape
Manage the budget and resources allocated for AI projects
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to stay updated on the latest AI technologies and tools
Lead and mentor a team of AI specialists and data scientists to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions
Communicate progress and results to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting the impact of AI initiatives on the business
Continuously evaluate and improve the AI strategy based on feedback and insights from stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies, preferably in a large organization
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and solve complex business problems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team
