Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Deployment Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As the IT Deployment Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful implementation and deployment of our company's IT systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team, as well as various departments and stakeholders, to ensure that our technology is efficiently and effectively deployed across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the deployment of new IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT deployment projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT deployment needs and requirements
• Manage and coordinate the activities of project teams, including IT technicians, engineers, and other specialists
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT deployment services
• Oversee the procurement and installation of new hardware, software, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact IT deployment projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Continuously evaluate and improve IT deployment processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of years of experience in IT deployment or project management
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT deployment projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of technical and non-technical professionals
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
• Experience working with external vendors and service providers
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver results under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
