Salary: $123 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Science Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques. They will lead a team of data scientists and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to uncover insights and drive business growth.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure and systems to support data science initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science, and identify opportunities to apply new techniques to drive business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Train and educate team members on data science best practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data analysis methods.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable manner.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that have had a significant impact on business outcomes.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies in the data science field.
