Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze the company's cloud-based systems and services, including virtual machines, storage, and network resources.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, including system outages, performance bottlenecks, and security threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve the performance and scalability of the company's cloud infrastructure.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of the company's cloud environment to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for their implementation to enhance the company's infrastructure.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to the company's cloud environment, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and services.
Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in cloud technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with cloud technologies, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell, to automate tasks and processes.
In-depth understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, is a plus.
