Salary: $97 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our company's data. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for analysis and decision-making purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and management tasks, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and formatting.
• Develop and maintain data entry protocols and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide support in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain data quality control processes to identify and address any data discrepancies or errors.
• Monitor and analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
• Create and maintain data documentation and user guides to assist with data retrieval and interpretation.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
• Work with IT teams to troubleshoot any data-related issues and provide technical support when needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data management and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a data-centric organization.
• Strong knowledge of data management and analysis tools and techniques.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel with the ability to write and execute complex queries.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
