Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As an IT Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT solutions that meet the business needs of our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful solution architecture delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IT solutions that align with business strategies and objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve existing systems and processes.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT solutions.
• Develop architectural strategies and roadmaps that support the organization's long-term goals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all IT solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT solution architecture, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and architecture frameworks.
• Experience with a variety of technologies, including but not limited to cloud computing, APIs, databases, and web services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Certifications in enterprise architecture, such as TOGAF, are highly desirable.
