Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Deployment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of software applications and updates for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development processes and possess excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software development teams to plan and coordinate software releases.
• Develop and maintain deployment plans and schedules.
• Communicate with clients to gather deployment requirements and ensure successful deployment.
• Manage and track deployment progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely deployment.
• Develop and implement deployment process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to deployment.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct post-deployment reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development or deployment management.
• Experience with software deployment tools and processes.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies is a plus.
