Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of digital systems, including websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
Oversee the integration of third-party tools and systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Manage and mentor a team of digital systems specialists, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.
Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital technologies, and make recommendations for implementing new systems or upgrades.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital systems management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of web development, content management systems, and mobile application development.
Proven experience in project management and working within agile methodologies.
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.
