Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Data Analytics Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and overseeing all aspects of data analysis, including data collection, processing, and interpretation. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data analysis results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify key data metrics to measure success.
• Develop and implement data collection processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Oversee data cleaning, processing, and transformation to prepare data for analysis.
• Utilize advanced data mining and statistical techniques to analyze complex datasets.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Communicate data analysis findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
