Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Analyst Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, as well as provide guidance and leadership to a team of systems analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of systems analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Oversee the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify business needs, and develop solutions that align with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct thorough analysis of systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continually improve systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to team members, as well as other departments, on new systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure high-quality work and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a systems analyst role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• In-depth knowledge of systems analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
