Salary: $152000 - $192000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Deployment Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. As an IT Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful deployment and implementation of various IT projects, systems, and applications. You will work closely with the project management team and other IT professionals to ensure efficient and effective deployment of new technologies and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the deployment of new IT projects and systems.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all deployment activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and other IT team members to ensure alignment and efficient use of resources.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any potential issues.
• Monitor and track progress of deployment activities, provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Communicate with end-users and provide training and support during and after deployment.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize deployment processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure all deployed systems and technologies meet security and compliance standards.
• Maintain documentation and records of all deployment activities, including configurations and changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT deployment, project management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Experience in project management and using project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in IT deployment.
• Certifications in project management and IT deployment are a plus.
