Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Network Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's network infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance. Your expertise in network troubleshooting, monitoring, and configuration will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and security of our network. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to our internal teams and clients, identifying and addressing any network-related issues, and implementing solutions to improve network efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades to ensure its optimal performance.
• Conduct network performance analysis and implement solutions to improve network efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new network solutions to support business needs.
• Configure and maintain network security protocols, ensuring the safety and integrity of our network.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, addressing any network-related inquiries or concerns.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and trends, and make recommendations for network improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Strong experience with network troubleshooting and configuration, preferably with Cisco devices.
• Familiarity with network security protocols, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
