Job Description: As an IT Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions for our clients' IT systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their automation needs and design solutions that meet their business requirements. You will also collaborate with our team of IT professionals to ensure that the automation solutions integrate seamlessly with our clients' existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated solutions for our clients' IT systems, including but not limited to network automation, server automation, and cloud automation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and create automation strategies that align with their goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation of automation processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation processes.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of automation solutions to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest automation tools and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Train and support end-users on the use of automated systems.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure that automation solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Participate in project planning and assist in the development of project timelines and deliverables.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT automation or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies, such as Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
• Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure, systems administration, and cloud computing.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications in automation tools and technologies are a plus.
